If you contact us and we don’t respond within 8 business hours, we’ll credit your account $100.
If an APMS-approved resident doesn’t pay rent, then you don’t pay APMS a management fee until the resident pays.
If you’re not fully satisfied with our service, you can cancel anytime. We just ask that you give us 30 days notice to ensure a smooth transition.
If an APMS-approved pet damages your property and the repair cost is not covered by the security deposit, we will repair the damage at no charge.
