No, we do not hold properties. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
We collect 1 full month’s rent plus the security deposit in advance. You have the option to use Obligo’s billing authorization service instead of a traditional cash security deposit. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, all security deposits are fully refundable. -

How do I pay rent?
We have a powerful Tenant Portal that enables you to pay rent online, including setting up recurring payments. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
First, make sure the property you want accepts pets and that your pet meets the restrictions, if any. Second, review our Pet Policy. Lastly, submit your pet application at https://apms.petscreening.com/ -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Contact your Property Manager to discuss your situation. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
If you plan to move-out, submit your Notice to Vacate in the Tenant Portal. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The Landlord is responsible for maintaining the property, unless damage is caused by you or your guests. -
Can I move out before the lease expires?
Yes, we offer an Early Termination process if you need to move out before the end of your lease.
