Our founder, Russ, has worked with other property managers to manage his personal rentals in multiple markets. Unfortunately, the experience has consistently been very poor–lack of communication and transparency, poor documentation, and most importantly, the need for him to be involved in day-to-day decisions. Russ thought “There has to be a better way!” Now there is. APMS offers a solution to property owners who want to grow their wealth without the work.
